2022/23 Impact Report

 

The primary aim of this Impact report is to present a comprehensive evaluation of the impact achieved by LUL’s mentoring programme in 2022/23 through analysis of our annual survey responses collected from LUL Mentees and teachers in our partner schools. The assessment included a wide range of parameters, including core skills, learning enjoyment, mentor relationships, school attendance and overall attitudes to education. The evidence gathered from the surveys revealed that the LUL mentoring process not only produces positive developmental, social and behavioural outcomes in Mentees but also contributes significantly to their educational and academic development.
