The growth of LUL continues apace, and we're now looking to take on up to four new paid roles. Do you have a passion for working for young people? Want to see all of Scotland's students have access to the same education and opportunities? Need a job that's flexible, with schools holidays included? Then we'd love to hear from you.
LUL is a young, Edinburgh based charity that aims to address both equality and access issues in education, and disengagement in the traditional classroom setting, by creating low-stress, supportive, and playful learning environments for young people who have experienced disadvantage.
Right now, we're in a particularly exciting phase: we started the year with a new Director, we've just put a Head of Mentoring (a brand new role) in place, and our strategy for the next 3 years has been confirmed - collectively created by young people, staff and board.
We're looking for creative, dedicated staff to join us: equality, inclusivity and accessibility are at the centre of everything that we do, and we're particularly interested to hear from applicants whose experience or background is currently underrepresented in the sector.
